We’re delighted to announce we’ve been successfully re-audited for our ISO 9001, 14001 and now also for 45001 certifications.
With a strong emphasis on delivering the highest levels of customer service, coupled with staff wellbeing and environmental considerations, we feel these standards form an important part of our company’s ethos and values.
ISO 9001 is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.
ISO 14001 provides requirements with guidance for use that relate to environmental systems. It has a focus on specific approaches such as audits, communications, labelling and life cycle analysis, as well as environmental challenges such as climate change.
ISO 45001 comprises a committee of occupational health & safety experts set to work to develop an International Standard with the potential to save almost three million lives each year. ISO 45001 builds on the success of earlier international standards in this area such as OHSAS 18001, the International Labour Organization’s ILO-OSH Guidelines, various national standards and the ILO’s international labour standards and conventions.
